How It All Started.
When JVAN Services opened as an official business, it began as a Virtual Assistance company. This was before the pandemic, so many small business owners and companies were unfamiliar with Virtual Assistants and how they could benefit from them.
The Cuspreneur was then born to interview other Virtual Assistants worldwide who shared their experiences as VAs, their challenges, and how they overcame them via live stream on Facebook and Instagram. Eventually, more entrepreneurs in the local Syracuse area were interviewed about their experiences as business owners and the challenges they faced, and the rest is history...
